These are the six questions our front desk answers most often.
Where do I park?
The garage entrance is on NE 11th Street. Parking is $15, or $8 for members. It fills by 11am on weekends.
Can I bring a bag?
Bags larger than 16 by 16 inches are not permitted. Lockers are available on Level 1.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes. Same-day re-entry is included — keep your ticket or wristband.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, on every level. The aquarium ramp is stroller-accessible throughout.
Is the museum step-free?
Every level is step-free. Wheelchairs are available at no charge from the Level 1 desk.
Can we bring food?
Outside food is not permitted inside the galleries. The plaza has seating and the café is open daily 11–4.
Bags, security and re-entry
Bags larger than 16 by 16 inches are not permitted. Lockers are available on Level 1.
All guests pass through a security screening at the entrance. Allow ten minutes on busy days.
Same-day re-entry is included. Keep your ticket or wristband.
