Bags and security
Bags larger than 16 by 16 inches are not permitted. Lockers are available on Level 1.
All guests pass through a security screening at the entrance. Allow ten minutes on busy days.
Same-day re-entry is included — keep your ticket or wristband.
Need to know
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, on every level. The aquarium ramp is stroller-accessible throughout.
Can we bring food?
Outside food is not permitted in the galleries. The plaza has seating and the café is open daily 11–4.
Can I take photographs?
Yes, for personal use. Tripods and flash are not permitted in the Aquarium.
