Frost Science Terms of Use

You are advised to read these Mobile Application Terms of Use, as they set forth the “terms and conditions” which govern your use of the Museum of Science, Inc., d/b/a Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science (the “Company” or the “Museum”) Mobile Application (the “App”).  Your use of the App is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of these Mobile Application Terms of Use. These Mobile Applications Terms of Use are a binding contract between you and the Museum.  If you are not in agreement with these Mobile Application Terms of Use, you should not use the App.
